Common Hosts “Diesel Only The Brave” Concert in NYC

Common, AKA as “my boo” hosted a concert in NYC to promote his cologne with Diesel – “Only the Brave.”  The concert was held at the super hot club Capitale with a huge turnout despite the rain and awful weather.   The concert was scheduled to start at 9 PM but of course that didn’t happen and the concert started at 1030.

The concert tickets where obtained at Macys with the purchase of the perfume of $117.50 or more. The purchase entitled customers to two tickets.  And, it included complentary drinks for the guests.

Of course when Common hit the stages the mood instantly changed and everyone was screaming like a giddy school girls – including me. Yeah, I am the girl.  That said Common gave an amazing concert that was filled with tons of energy.  At one point he called a woman to the stage and sang to her.  How lucky is she?  She seem to love it and was the envy of many of the woman in the audience.  He continued his performance and even freestyled much to crowds delight and mine too.

All in all, a great performance.  In addition to Common other celebrities in attendance include were Oliva Palermo, Sessilee Lopez and Michelle Trachtenberg.
