Spa Week is here (October 12-18). This week you are able to receive top services at some of the most expansive Spa’s for just $50. Spa Week starts today but some lucky folks, myself included were given to opportunity to preview some of the services for that will be offered during Spa Week for free at the press preview event. The Spa Week Media party was held at the Midtown Loft & Terrace. The space was completely transformed to include many fun activities such as a mini wine tasting station, a massage station, wax station, food station and some other fun activities.
The staff at Spa Week made sure we had the best of time. During the event we previewed some of the services offered by some of the NYC Spa Week participating companies and this was all done in an intimate setting. For instance, the wonderful people from Spa Chicks where on hand to provide guests with complimentary waxes and makeup consultations. While food the was provided by a specialty chef who created custom food for guests. YUM! Additionally, Rioja wines was on hand to sponsor the mini wine tasting station. Unfortunately I was ill so I was unable to sample any of the goodies but I am looking forward to spring to make it for it.
Of course on the the best part of the event is the VIP guest gift bag which is filled with tons of goodies and I can’t wait to try many of the samples provided to me. I am really looking forward to the at home spa facial service.
