RSSeBay Holiday Store Open is NYC
eBay, if you didn’t know by know, is the world’s largest online marketplace with 89 million active users, so it should come as no surprise that the company kicked off the holiday shopping season with the opening of its first-ever pop-up store at 3 West 57th Street on Fifth Avenue. To celebrate the opening Kim Kardashian was on hand yesterday to give tips on eBay shopping and of course push her eBay charity auction (www.ebay.com/kimskloset);
The eBay Holiday pop-up store right at the heart of Manhattan’s busiest shopping in Fifth Avenue. You know we love pop-up shops and this one is really interesting. The eBay Holiday Store features an interactive experience were shoppers can shop online via in one the many internet Kiosks at the eBay Mobile phone app. There store is broken into six “personalities” and family members sections, they are- Stylista, Fashionista, Techie, Urbanite, Gamer and Youngster. And, with the help of an eBay personal shopper users can receive help with the process of getting the perfect gift for each person on your list. You know that’s hard so take the help.
In addition to the internet kiosk and the personalities section they are also one-of-a-kind items on display. For instance, there’s a pair of Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein’s sneakers from the DJ AM MEMORIAL FUND limited-edition charity sneaker auction (www.ebay.com/djamshoes).
Now, if that’s not enough to make you go there maybe this will? On, Black Friday, a limited quantity of in-demand Daily Deal items will be awarded to the first 100 shoppers who visit the store. Cool right?
