Must Have: United Nude Women’s Fold Hi Boot

It was love at first sight with this United Nude “Fold Hi” Boot ($185). You see, I fell in love with this  luxurious piece of art at the United Nude opening party several months ago.  And, I have lusted after them since that spotting.  Luckily for me, the Shoe God (yes, she exists) was looking out for me and made sure the United Nude designer himself gifted me a pair.  Thank You shoe God.

With the unique use of colors, lovely texture and funky architectural designs, the “Fold Hi” Bootie truly makes a statement. The four inch bootie comes in a series of colors (such as black, lipstick red, etc.) but my favorites are fruit punch (pictured above) and cotton candy.  The shoe features a round toe stretchy elastic frame that is easy to slip on and is so comfortable.  I think its perfect for pairing with jeans, crop shirts, and a fancy dress.

Fabulous Find: AMI Stripe Button Pocket Tuxedo Tail Front Blazer ($29.99)

Its no secret that Givenchy knows how to design contemporary clothing that’s all the rage among fashion lovers and famous faces alike.  One such design, which I am currently lusting after, is the Givenchy Striped Blazer (picture left). I just love blazer its trendy and down right gorgeous.  Liv Taylor was recently spotted rocking this luxurious blazer. The famous beauty paired it with a black romper and tights. Courtney Love, too, was spotted with the very same blazer. Unlike Liv, Courtney, choose to style the stripe blazer differently, and wore with it a textured teal mini-dress and camel colored flats. Given the range of options and trendy print (stripes are huge), its no wonder this blazer is so sought after.  However, at nearly $1,500,  is out of reach for many – including me – so I did some digging and  found an equally fantastic piece at a fraction of the cost.  My search led me to this charming and very AFFORDABLE (pictured right) AMI Navy White Stripe Button Pocket Tuxedo Tail Front Blazer $29.99 . This super cute blazer features a stripe nautical print, button closure, quarter sleeves, flap collar, side pockets, and finished with tuxedo tail front.  Did I say it was only $29.99? No need to break the bank to achieve the same look.

Fabulous Find: AMI Clubwear Floral Rocker Dress ($19)

At $19 this AMI Clubwear Floral rocker dress is a steal.  Its perfect for glam evening with friends (or that special someone) but its also great for a casual outing around town.  However, you “rock it” we think its a wonderful addition to your summer wardrobe and besides you may just love how it works for you.  But, you don’t have to take our word it.  Even some notables (and famous) personalities have their hands on this dress.

We recently spotted a fresh faced Demi Lovato in a black version of the dress (paired with a black cardigan) running errands around town; while singer Jojo was spotted with the white version of the dress at the VH1 Do Something Awards – and, she looks fantastic.

Swarovski Spring/Summer 2010 Collection

Love shiny and fabulous bling, like I do? Then, you may just love the new Spring/Summer (2010) collection from Swarovski. For their latest collection – the retailer, known for their innovative use of precisely-cut crystal glass, teamed up with series of amazing designers for an impressive collection.

The pieces are vibrant yet classic and the range of hues are dazzling.  Of particular interest is the Snake Skin Bracelet ($48), as its perfect for staking; the funky colors are perfect for just about every attire.  Another must have piece is the “Best Aqua Cuff ($180).”  The cuff, which is set on stainless steel cuff with an Aqua Blue Crystal Mesh color, is sure to make an impression.

For this collection Swarovski teamed up with a slew of notable designers to fully bling up the pieces.   Some designers that collaborated on the summer/spring collection include Lorna Nixon, Azzaro, Rodrigo Otazu, Christopher Kane, Jean Paul Gaultier, Shourouk, Philippe Audibert, Camila Klein, Jason Wu, Phillipe Ferrandis and Kenny Ma.

Must Have Yoana Baraschi X-Ray Rock Galaxy Dress ($345)

Looking for a dress that can and will make a statement yet is practical for a busy gal on the go?  We just may have found the perfect dress that will make you swoon.

Right now, we are loving the Yoana Baraschi X-Ray Rock Galaxy Dress ($345) and so it seems is Whitney Port. The socialite was spotted wearing this very dress on the last episode of the City. Admit it, she looks great. You can too. While, the spending this amount on a dress may make some apprehensive, we think this dress is  worth it.

Why? The dress is versatile.  It can work just as well for an evening dress, as it does for a casual night out friends or your boo.  Plus, how fun is the applique? Add the muted lime color and we are in love. We just think its fab.
