Product Review: Heavenly Flowers from Victoria’s Secret

A wonderful scent has been unleashed from the vaults of Victoria’s Secret by the name of  “Heavenly Flowers,” and it stands up to it’s name.  It’s a unique blend of feminine and sexy.  All of  the 10 women who I asked to try the scent,  loved the subtleness and the floral beginning of  the scent that turned into a yummy sweetness as the day went on.  It’s perfect for everyday wear and is just right for any occasion, night or day.  I received a lot of compliments when I wore the scent, mostly from women, which I value more (they have no ulterior agenda).  I got compliments saying I smelled lovely, vibrant, cheerful, and all inquired where to buy the wonderful scent of Heavenly Flowers.  I loved how I felt wearing it.  I felt very feminine, sensuous, and playful and yet excitingly delicious.

Heavenly Flowers ($49) has a delightful smell of a refreshing bouquet of white flowers that is feminine and subtle and turns into a sexy sweetness that is mild and tantalizing…inviting a significant other or certain someone to get a little closer.  Heavenly Flowers is very fun, very uplifting, very feminine, and very sexy.  Yet of course it is, Victoria always has the best secrets.  I suggest every woman try Heavenly Flowers and experience a little something of yourself.  It’s the best secret Victoria ever told.

QVC and Bare Escentuals Present New “Bronzed & Buff” and Other Products.

QVC and Bare Escentuals hosted an intimate soiree this past Monday,  to present their new line of fantastic products. The affair included mini-makeovers, presentations on the new line of products, delicious cocktails, even QVC monogrammed red-velvet cupcakes – yum. Though, the best part of evening was the opportunity to preview the Faux Tan collection – scheduled to debut its new on QVC Saturday, May 15.

The “Bronzed & Buff” ($44.94), is a two-piece collection created from pure ingredients that includes a power packed faux tan “big daddy” 16-ounce size bottle, along with a specialty designed body buffing brush that makes the application process seamless and streak-free. Users can expect a natural-looking sunless tan that is easy to apply and works in minutes. The Bare Escentuals ladies happily applied the product on “their paleskin” to demonstrate its effectiveness and true to their word all ladies who applied did indeed have a natural looking tan that didn’t look orange. It really does work; the natural sunless tanner, not only lasts five to seven days but it also moisturizes and hydrates the skin because it uses aloe vera and vegetable-derived emollients; and because the “Bronzed & Buff” tanner use also almond oil the tanner smells good.

Fabulous Find: Sosume Romper

I was recently in Miami for a much needed weekend getaway; apparently the cast of Jersey shore was in Miami at the same time, so I set a quest to find Snooki and The Situation. While on my quest to find my favorite cast members, I was able to enjoyed the sites, the sounds and best of all I got a chance to see the fashion from the South Beach culture.

I noticed the wonderful dressed women – many of whom had the most gorgeous rompers that were perfect for the sunny weather. And, it set me on another quest to find the perfect romper for myself, I needed one that was affordable, one that was versatile, and one that was fabulous.

While, I found many that would have worked, none did as much as the Romper Australian company Sosume . I love that its slick so that I can wear around town with some great shoes, but its simple enough that I can still wear the romper to beach with my favorite sun hat and summer sandals. Though, its somewhat pricey at $139, it’s a worth the money. I see the romper as a piece that I can wear from season to season without looking dated. Plus,  three percent of the proceeds of each garment are donated to a small number of charities which promote and aid sustainable development and practices;  who doesn’t love that?

I am seriously lusting after this great romper.

DSW is Giving Away FREE Shoes – We Have Details… Its Easy

Starting tomorrow until Thursday, May 13, the DSW Union Square store will give away a FREE pair of shoes every half hour all day long!   We aren’t quite sure why DSW is doing this,  but we do know that all you have to do is go to the Union Square store during normal business hours and pick a number for a chance to win.   Every half hour a winner will be chosen, naturally you need to be in the store to receive the prize.   If you win, you can pick ANY pair of shoes in the store – there is no price limit.
